We are looking for highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative individuals to join our team on Israel’s largest and most complex infrastructure project. As a Budget & Control Analyst at B&K, you will manage and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and forecasts, working closely with project managers and client teams from planning through execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or another relevant field
- Strong Excel skills and a passion for working with data, numbers, and tables
- Practical Excel experience from a role, internship, or significant academic project – an advantage
- This is not a technical or big-data role – the focus is on Excel-based budget management and financial tracking, not programming or data engineering
- Analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with high initiative and personal responsibility
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, comfortable working with clients, project managers, and multiple stakeholders
- No prior experience in budget control required – professional training provided on the job
- Full-time availability required
